Barberry

Description: 
Barberry is a deciduous bush, growing up to 4-5 meters in height. It has a gray-yellow, thorny branches and grooved stem. Leaves are borne in clusters of 2-5, sometimes little and oval, toothed on the margins. Flowers are bright yellow, produced on long panicles from April to July. The fruits are rectangular red berries, produced in dark drooping bunches during autumn.
